Additional Details:

Group chats on WhatsApp will be created for tournament specific information

Please, be sure to download WhatsApp and turn on notifications

We will send individual flyers requesting signups 5 weeks before each tournament

Registration payments are required only after teams have been finalized. 

Once the team is finalized and registered with the tournament organizer, payments are non-refundable, even if weather impacts the event

**Fee waivers may be available through the C.H.A.M.P.S. Voucher Program.
