NRP Astros

CHAMPS proudly collaborates with the NRP Astros, an elite 11U & 12U tournament baseball team that provides young athletes with the opportunity to develop their skills and compete at the highest level. The Astros participate in local and national tournaments, fostering teamwork, discipline, and a strong competitive spirit. Beyond the game, the team’s travel experiences serve as enrichment opportunities, allowing players, coaches, families, and volunteers to bond and explore new places together. The NRP Astros combines players from multiple states including FL, CT, RI, MA, and ME, giving players an opportunity to build friendships and bonds with athletes from across the US. Through this partnership, CHAMPS and the NRP Astros help shape the next generation of athletes both on and off the field. 

Playing for the NRP Astros

Practices are held twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM from mid June through the end of October.

Tryouts to play for the NRP Astros 11U & 12U teams will be held Sat. May 17 @ Roger's Park (30 Rogers Ave. Brighton, 02135)
